I was initially contacted via email and invited to call in to make an appointment. I talked with a very nice receptionist who set up the time/date of my interview. I was told where to come complete with an address. When I arrived, I was ushered into a conference room with three individuals, as well as another via video chat. I was asked several scenarios to see how I would respond and given several other questions about how I would respond and what I would do in a certain circumstance or problem. After about 45 minutes, I was told the interview was about to come to an end, and asked if I had any questions. I felt good about the interview, and the questions I was asked definitely were relevant to the job description/title. Alas, I didn't get a call back though. :-(

The interview process was fairly simple. You take computer testing, Then you go in for a Group/Panel Interview. And after that they call you to do background testing. Then you go for drug testing. I think the people there are awesome. The people who interviewed me made me feel so comfortable. I say go in with confidence, As long as you have strong customer service and people skills you should be good to go.

Prescreen phone interview with HR person. 1:1 with HR person explaining previous work employment. Set up another interview with Team Lead, Project Manager and CTO on-site. Onsite Interview was technical, not that hard. Got a call back from the recruiter to set up another interview with the team. Group Panel interview was just to see whether I would be a good fit with the team

I received a call about two weeks after applying on-line. The HR rep asked me a few questions about my experience and salary requirements and then set up an interview. The interview was with the sales manager. The sales manager went over sales quotas, territory and job expectations of prospecting, timely reports and turning over leads.
