I got an oncampus interview after career fair at USC.
On-campus interview was puzzle solving.
They called me onsite. The onsite interview was about my DDR project, puzzle solving, Verilog and C programming. The team looks for the way you think.. even if ur answers are not the best at that time.. your approach has to be good..

Yes, they offered me 75k initially and I asked for more and they settled for 80k.
