Interviewed Oct 2011 in Phoenix, AZ (took 2 weeks)
I had worked for Culver's in Chicago. When I heard that they were opening a new restaurant in Chandler, I applied with people whom I already knew. In interview, be upbeat, professional, friendly and honest.

Interviewed Aug 2010 (took a day)
You have to submit a resume. Go through a two interveiw process. Take an online or over the phone questionaire. Then they have to run a background check on you, verify references and require you to take a drug test. If the test comes back good you are offered a job. The process is very easy if you are a restaurant person because the people giving the interveiws are looking for those pat answers that make you seem as if you are the best thing since white bread

Interviewed Mar 2012 (took 4 days)
I applied in person, then they called back a few days later to interview me. The interview was me and 3 other managers. I had originally applied for a dishwasher position due to the fact that I want to work in the kitchen but have no previous kitchen experience. They asked basic questions like if I had reliable transportation. It was fairly informal and only took about 8 minutes. I was asked if I would be willing to accept a job as a server, and I said yes but really wanted to work in the kitchen. They said that there were a few more interviews they had to conduct and I should expect to hear from them by end of day. I was called back two hours later and offered a job of prep/server with orientation starting the next day.

Interviewed Jun 2011 in Schenectady, NY (took a day)
Interviewed with two different people and both were one on ones that lasted about 3 minutes in length. They basically asked do you have reliable transit, what is your availability, and how many years of experience do you have. Was immediately given an orientation date right after that. Pleasant managers that seem to know exactly what they want for this specific location, which is always a plus!

Interviewed Jun 2010 (took 2 days)
First interview was a phone interview and depending on my answers led me to the second intervew. The second interview was a group interview that lead into single interviews shortly after. Two days latter I was called back and offered a position which I declined because I wanted a secure pay check. During training i would not be paid and once completed training I would not see income coming in until 3-4 weeks.

Interviewed May 2009 (took a day)
There is really nothing to it. You apply in person and fill up the paper work. They ask for your work experience and hours you are available, and if the position is available then they will hire you on spot. If there is no available position , they will hold your application and call you if one opens up.
