Interviewed Mar 2008 (took 3 days)
It was alot of work. I took a few tests, interviewed 3 times and they do background check. Later I found out this is the norm but there are people that got hired much quicker and easier. I don't mind what I went through but to find out some have it easier is a bit disheartening.

Interviewed Mar 2010 (took 6 weeks)
Two interviews, both panel in-person. Thoughtful questions with LOTS of "what would you do" type questions. Not technical. 1 question about project management- what's the difference between as crash and a parallel project timeline expedite.
