Interview Details –
Hiring Process consists of three stages.
1. Computer based test ( English, Math, G.K., Technical) : Similar to NTS/GAT one
2. Group Discussion : You will be a part of a group of 10 or so students. A topic will be presented, each student will be given two minutes to speak on the topic, this will be followed by a 10-20 minutes of open discussion amongst the group. The key is to make a logical argument, speak in English and not to be very aggressive.
3 Pannel Interview: This is different for different people. You will be interviewed by 2 or more people and will be asked to Introduce yourself, followed by why are you interested in the job, what makes you an ideal candidate, how your previous experiences suit your job choice, any previous experience of working in construction sector, stuff from your CV, and some technical questions

Interview Details – After sending my cv to HR, got a call fron concerned HR, they ask me come for an interview, i went there and it was great experience. After 1st interview they asked me to stay for 2nd and 3rd interview. 2nd interview done at same day and again they called me for 3rd interview. 2nd and 3rd interviews were formality only. After all thrtee interviews they send me offer letter and joing date.

Interview Details – First interview which was more of an informal meeting was conducted by a Director who was the CEO of One Business Segment with three companies. This meeting the CEO briefed me about the organization and his vision and goals related to IT and ERP implementation. There were three more such meetings in which we discussed about the needs, experiences and future road map for the activities to be managed by the position I was being evaluated for. Last and final Interview was conducted by the Chairman of Descon.
Interview Question – The unexpected question was "You have completed many IT projects, specially the ERP implementation projects. You have been successful and have good experience. There are other professionals with similar profile that we are evaluating. What would you do different in our ERP implementation project that will add value and makes you a preferred candidate?" Answer Question
Negotiation Details – I negotiated satisfactorily and got what I was aiming for. The negotiation concluded in one meeting with the HR Head and CEO. Advise for others is to be very very clear and firm on what you want. You must put on the table solid facts and figures and convey very clear objective and determination.

Interview Details – Initial call from HRD will inline you for the interview either telephonic, video or face-to-face. Selection in the technical interview shall be followed by HRD for salary negotiation etc.

Interview Details – very first i introduced my self an then he asked me about my educatin background and past experience. Be confident and no need to be confused, and give the answer to the point. Your physical appearence should be like as a professional with positive attitude.

Interview Question – Basic Electrical concepts in written test. Group discussion focuses on critical thinking and defending your point. Interview is the basic technical know how and personal attribute judgment. Answer Question

Interview Details – I had applied online for the Descon's leadership program for fresh engineers called GETP (Graduate Engineers Training Program). Within few days of applying i recieved a call from a HR person who invited me for an interview. First there was a computer based test. Then there were three interviews: Two technical and one HR interview. Overall i performed pretty well and thus was selected as a trainee electrical engineer.
