I had applied online for the Descon's leadership program for fresh engineers called GETP (Graduate Engineers Training Program). Within few days of applying i recieved a call from a HR person who invited me for an interview. First there was a computer based test. Then there were three interviews: Two technical and one HR interview. Overall i performed pretty well and thus was selected as a trainee electrical engineer.

I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, an IQ/Intelligence Test, a Skills Test and a Drug Test.
