A difficult customer complained about something that had to do with an order not being done the right way . Basically when they reciave the wrong item and begin complaining about the issue by starting to blow out of proportion you must learn to learn to explain to them that it was a complete mistake. Never lose your temper with a customer and that and I can tell you from experience. I worked at Dunkin Donuts and it can get to be 1 thing to another spending anything from 1-3 minutes to fix a problem.
To calm a customer down. When a customer is disrepectful put them in their place by telling them by being kind to them the right way
