Interview Question for Inventory Associate at Walmart:

I had signed off on the hiring of an individual who was not working out. His work ethic and attitude made him a poor fit for our team. After getting input from supervisors and other team members, we decided to mentor him closely and monitor his progress. After a month of no progress, he soon gave us grounds to let him go.
The job description was changed to include a 60-day period of probation during which an individual could be terminated without cause. (To us, this meant simply because he was not a good fit with the team)
