I think this is the Chef and the Waitress situation. Who gets the tip for the well prepared meal (or is it the service!). In the end, the credit belongs to all in the organisation. Without the participation of many people (Value Chain) the product/service would not have materilised. The customer should also get some credit for chosing that organisation. My Take!
