Interview Question for Project Manager at Continental Airlines:

Email is the heart of communication - Simple Environment: One main email server and one domain controller. After creating a second domain controller and not yet replicated to the master domain controller, master domain controller suffered a hardware issue. Users not longer could login nor retrieve emails. Setup new virtual domain controller, however without replication there is much it can do. So brought up master domain controller with minimal settings, quickly replicated the new domain controller and in matters of second everything was flowing normally through the new DC. Email down for less than 20 minutes. Created another virtual domain controller and a third one as backup to minimize or better eliminate any downtime. It was the first time implementing it as virtual machine and can now seek and take advantage of its features.
