Interview Question for Senior Software Engineer at Nokia:

I received two questions both "Design a system ..." which would have been OK except for the disorganization of the interview (see description). Also, the position was sr. s/w engineer. Not a designer position. This type of question is definitely not what I put my main focus on when I'm interviewing someone for sr. s/w position. Yes, if it is a design position but, no where in the job description was it mentioned that it was for designing. Quite the opposite the focus of the job description was on s/w development.
