Joined from business school so interview process was already defined: Two 1-2-1 interviews with senior staff and a final interview with the head of the team. At the time this was done over video conference due to travel commitments

the interview was first aphone interview afterwords I talked with two managers before I met the team I will work with. It was very interesting but also very challanging and I was very nervous but the people helped me to join in and so I though I got the job but finallay it waas refused
