Interviewed Oct 2010 (took 2 weeks)
I was totally ill-prepared. Did not practice interviewing and utterly bombed the brain teasers, froze up, and started stuttering. I never stutter. Then my palms started to get really really sweaty and I kept wiping them off on my pants, and the interviewers were looking at them the whole time.
Company seems great though.

The first interview was reallly chilled, they interviewers were really nice and friendly, and they prompted you for answers, so u didnt end up going down the wrong track. basically they asked loads of teamwork questions, challenged faced etc. they want you to show that you're analytical, open minded, a critical thinker etc

Negotiation Details
Not at all. They gave me a 24hour exploding offer. It was challenging, because I had interviewed at GS and Bear several days earlier and still had not heard back. Nonetheless, I accepted, and kept my word, although my offer from GS came in a day later. In retrospect, I should have renegged.
