Interviewed Jun 2010 (took a day)
Interviewed with 2 guys: an MD and a VP from the same group. The MD, as expected, didn't give me time of day and kept answering his BB, actually carrying on for about 10 minutes out of the allotted 30. The questions were all pretty general - talk about myself/work experiences, some minor questions on financial concepts (What do you know about CDS?). No calculations were requested. I was a second-choice candidate for this position (would have been offered if other people had refused).

Interviewed Feb 2008 (took 2 days)
Before going to the interview, I reached out to friends and alums who were working at the bank and their advice was immensely helpful. The interview process is very selective and competitive so I recommend getting in touch with as many contacts as possible and also going through some mock interviews.
Most of the questions I was asked were behavioral and some were related to my knowledge of the current state of the economy and the financial sector. Make sure you are prepared for questions such as: "Tell me about a time when you had an interpersonal conflict., etc."

Interviewed Jan 2010 (took 2 months)
2 people interviewed me. It was largely fit questions but slightly unusual ones. Give an example of a time you had to work on a complicated technical project where you did not know the answer in advance (as opposed to a math proof). Give an example of a time you worked within a team and had a problem, how did you deal with it? It wasn't what i was expecting for S&T.
