Primary Instructional Coordinator Interview (Positive Experience; Easy Interview)
I applied online and the process took 3 days - interviewed at Devereux in February 2008.
Interview Details – Fairly easy. They wanted to make sure I had a compassionate, interesting personality, was organized and professional, asked about my background in mental health. When I was first interviewed, it was for the inpatient teen residential program. Since I had work with autistic kids on my resume, the interviewer asked if I'd like to switch to the school, which paid more. It'll help to know they have an autism program just in case they don't ask.
