Phone interview consisted of manager asking me if I would want to interview 1 on 1. Interview was done in lobby of hotel which did not feel like a real interview. Manager also insisted that he would call all candidates back if they were selected or not. Never got a call back.

The first call is a phone interview followed by a 1:1. There are a lot of situational questions, and they are looking for structured approaches such as the STAR approach. There are also some negative questions, such as "tell me about your worst manager" or "tell me about a time when you failed".
