Application Details

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 daysinterviewed at Diageo in June 2010.

Interview Details

The interview process was very simple. It started with the aptitude test. The telephonic round came next, which was immediately followed by the 1:1 video-interview with the line manager the next day. The same day also saw an HR interview. This was soon followed by an interview with the Director Sales within the week. The offer letter was handed within two days of the final interview. The HR team was very helpful with all queries and provided the most satisfying answers to all. The workplace was very methodical, with open spaces in the office, and no individual cabins. This gave the impression that communication within the team was very effective and could be done over-the-desk.
