Answered original online posting. Sent in Resume and was contacted by their "Talent Management" Screened by a few questions, then sent on to one on one interview with the Territory Sales Manager. Unfortunately there was a good amount of canned questions. "Tell me about a time where????? " Followed by "How did you????" Where do you see yourself in 5 years / 10 years??
The people seemed pleasant, but the structure will lend itself to the "lone wolf mentality". It seems you are on your own for a great deal

Reason for Declining
Pay did not seem equal to the responsibility. It seems their sales team is on an island with a great deal of responsibility without a fair amount of internal or admin support.
Other Details
I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Personality Test, a Drug Test and a Background Check.
