Interviewed Nov 2010 in Detroit, MI (took a day)
Pretty standard interview process, meet with people of varying level and all ask you the same types of questions to determine; what type of person you are, do you fit the culture, and do you have the intellectual curiosity to do well.

Interviewed Jun 2010 in New York, NY (took 5 days)
Digitas was very responsive - it was less than a week after submitting my resume when i was called for a preliminary phone interview. After a quick assessment over the phone, i was asked to come into interview with 4 team members over the course of a couple hours in the afternoon.

Interviewed Dec 2011 in Boston, MA (took a day)
HR phone screen was a basic screen ... went through work history, salary requirements, etc.
Onsite Interview got rescheduled once due to client issues. When I finally went in one person dropped off schedule. Interviews were very conversational, people were nice. No curve ball questions. All three people I met with wanted to know what my "ideal job" was.
Got dinged for not having a requirement that wasn't included in the job description and wasn't mentioned at all during the phone screen.
Liked the company just wish they were more specific in what they were looking for so that I didn't have to take an afternoon and pay for parking to discuss a job that I wasn't a match for.

Interviewed Jul 2011 (took 1 week)
I applied through their website and got a call a couple of weeks later by a hiring manager. We discussed a few available/suitable positions based on my experience then set up an in-person interview date. The following week I went in and met with a couple of people in the Account Management Team. They asked very standard questions - walk me through your background, why do you want to work for our company...etc.

Interviewed May 2011 in Boston, MA (took 5 days)
Hiring process is pretty typical and fast- start off with a phone screen with HR and then an in person interview with 4/5 people in the team
Interview Questions
Reason for Declining
Not the lifestyle I wanted- very much work long hours and then party with your coworkers after work.

Interviewed Jan 2009 (took 4 days)
I was brought in to meet with three folks, two of whom would be direct bosses and one was part of the business. Prior to this I had a phone interview / screen by HR. Once approved by both, I worked with HR to finalize comp.

Interviewed May 2009 in New York, NY (took 6 days)
I got a call through the online application on career-builder(surprise!). Very quick process- phone interview followed by meeting with everyone possible on the team in next 2 days including one phone interview with potential manager- that is the way at Digitas. Once it was done, I had a final interview with the VP that was great. good discussion, same questions - i think to validate answers from all the individuals who interviewed. You can clearly see when they have an urgent requirement. They hire and fire both at same speed when work is done. So ensure you find out about the position and who all have worked before in the team on projects. You will get a clear sense/.

Interviewed Mar 2011 in Boston, MA (took a day)
The interview process consisted of two 45 minute interviews with two people. The first interview was more relaxed, explanation of the job, why do you want to work for our company, etc. The second interview consisted of behavioral based questions, along with a puzzle-type question. Both interviews had a friendly feel to them and were very positive.

Interviewed Mar 2011 in Stamford, CT (took a day)
Could not come in for a one on one, but they happily agreed to a phone interview. took about an hour and a half with three interviewers. Everything was super friendly and positive environment for interviewing. They asked a lot of questions about my portfolio and experience, very on point and not too many fluff questions. overall, a positive experience.

Interviewed Jan 2009 in New York, NY (took a day)
I interviewed in early 2008. Interview basically is around excel skills. Great environment, very young people in the company. Lots of parties and outings. Not a tough interview at all. Had 4 people interview me. One director, and three managers. Got an offer right away in less then a week. Their pay grade is very low!
