Interviewed Feb 2011 (took a day)
I was referred to the system by an existing Digitas employee and was told I would receive a call soon (within the next couple of days). When I didn't get the call, I gave it a few more days because I know people can get busy. 2 weeks and no call later, I decided to follow up with my referral. After some pushing, I finally got the call.
The interview went pretty well until the end when she realized she interviewed me for the wrong city. Said positions actually open up quite frequently and would keep my resume on file. I asked if it would be okay to keep in touch with her regarding this since obviously the career site is pretty out of date. 2 follow ups later I still haven't heard back.

Interviewed Jan 2011 (took 4 weeks)
I was contacted by an HR recruiter who had found my resume on-line. I had a phone discussion with her in which asked about my background and career goals. I was then interviewed over the phone by a hiring manager about some of my skills and work experiences. Specifically, I was asked about recommendations I would make to internet marketing campaigns and how I approached analyzing data. The questions were broad and not scenario specific.
Apparently, I impressed him enough that HR called me back to schedule a panel interview with four interviewers. Everything moved very efficiently on the day of the interview. The first interviewer primarily asked me about my background and posed some "behavioral questions".
The second interviewer asked me some more questions - particularly about my computer background. He also gave me a sizing question/puzzle.
The third interviewer gave me a marketing case study and asked no additional questions.
The fourth interview was the hiring manager, who asked some more behavioral questions.
Ultimately, it turned out that they seemed to like me, but I was missing one crucial skill/area of experience, and I was not offered a position. HR was very prompt to get back to me and gave me a full explanation. This was very professional and courteous of them.
The only thing that confused me was that this crucial skill was not listed on my resume and was not really discussed during my phone interviews. While I appreciate the interest, it probably would have saved everyone some time if this had been established earlier on.
Nonetheless, I felt that I was fairly treated, and I regret not getting an offer. It looks like a great company, and it's definitely worth a shot if they express an interest in your candidacy.

Interviewed Dec 2009 in New York, NY (took 1 week)
Process began by a Digitas recruiter phoning me to ask if I'd like to interview for the position. She set a date with me for a phone interview with her, which took place a couple days later. After the phone interview, I was set up to meet with 2 individuals in person, as well as 2 further phone interviews. From there I met with the person I ultimately would be reporting directly to. The day after my final interview, I received a call from the intitial recruiter offering me the job.

Interviewed Jan 2011 in Boston, MA (took 2 weeks)
First I was given a phone interview. They called 45 mins late. They moved me on. I got another phone interview and they asked basic questions "can you tell me a time when you were a leader, when you did research, when you had trouble..etc". I was then flown out the next week for an person to person interview. I was asked on "case question" it was "how many barbershops are there in the U.S" I aced this. Even when the turned me down the recruiter commented on how well i did with this case. In all they flew me out early one morning and flew me back late that night and in the process I saw 4 people. All of them asked me the same types of questions "why digitas? what do you do in your free time? what is your biggest failure" Not real mind boggling questions. Also as a side note, they did pay for my flight to and from their office (which was nice) but make sure that you have cash on hand for the cab service. They had no one there waiting for me, I had to pay for my taxi service both ways, and I had never been to Boston before so I had no idea how much they would cost, or that Boston had about $8 in tolls from the airport alone...it was a surprise but luckily I had prepared.
Finally, the reason they gave for not hiring me was that I "didn't have enough experience" and that although the team loved me and thought I would be a nice addition they "didn't think I could hit the ground running". I was upset but at this point any feedback is nice to have.

Interviewed May 2010 (took 2 weeks)
Interview process was fairly quick and simple. Applied online and received an email about a week later notifying me that I had reached the next round. Interviews are held both in person and on the phone (depends on where you live). Interview round consisted of four individual interviews with various team members (managers, associates, directors). I was notified of my offer about a week after.

Interviewed Nov 2010 in Boston, MA (took 4+ weeks)
Once into the actual interview process, Digitas is incredibly efficient in its hiring process.
In the first round interviews, I met with two members of Digitas' S&A team for half an hour each. The first interview was part-behavioral, part-case; the second was purely behavioral. My case study question was centered around a legitimate business problem one of the interviewer's client had brought to them. I got very positive feedback from both interviewers. The one question I stumbled on was "what's your favorite digital ad campaign?", because it's something that you don't put too much thought into when you're browsing the web.
In the second round the next week, I met with two more members of Digitas' S&A team for half an hour each. Both interviews had cases centered on business-oriented issues concerning: bringing a new product to market & ameliorating a current company's digital marketing model. Enjoyed both of those.
I received an offer the week later.
For both interviews, one of the two interviewers had a last minute client meeting that got in the way of the interview, but everyone at Digitas was incredibly nice and great to be around so it wasn't a problem. It's always good to be able to adapt quickly anyhow. Dress is business casual, although I always wear a suit to an interview regardless. They like people who are passionate and intellectually curious. Great, great, great company!

Interviewed Nov 2010 in Philadelphia, PA (took a day)
I had two rounds of phone interviews prior to be flown across the county to meet with six people. The interview questions were fairly softball, with a few tough ones tossed in. I was told I would hear back within a few days. After five follow up emails, and three phone calls, I've never heard back from anyone. Given the level of the position I was interviewing, Digitas has been EXTREMELY unprofessional during this period. I've already given up on being offered a position. However, I thought the company would have at least the professional courtesy to let me know that I wasn't chosen for the position. A simple email would have been sufficient.

Interviewed Mar 2010 in Detroit, MI (took 3 weeks)
I had an initial phone interview with a Digitas recruiter in Boston. A few days later she contacted me by phone and told me the hiring managers wanted to have me come in to the Detroit office for a face to face interview. I interviewed with 4 different people for 30 minutes each (2 hour interview). I was called back again for a second interview where once again I interviewed with 4 more people for 30 minutes each (2 hour interview). A few days later I was contacted by the recruiter and offered a position.

Interviewed Mar 2010 (took 2 weeks)
Back to back interviews with 6-8 people. Be prepared to talk about current work experience, how did you handle complex projects, dynamics with team, boss, junior team members, imp to stay on top of digital trends. Offices were bustling with activity, nice cafeteria, work hard play hard work culture typical of agencies.
