I applied through a recruiter and the process took 3 days - interviewed at Digitas in April 2009.
Interview Details – The process was fast! The in-house recruiter was amazing -- she was the reason I wanted to work for the company. From start to finish (inital email to offer letter), the total time was 3 day. I met with 4 different menbers of the team I was going to be working on -- 2 marketing people, one delivery person and one creative person. It was a great way to get insight into how the "team" model works within the company.
