Very Easy Interview
I applied in-person and the process took a day - interviewed at Dillard's in June 2011.
Interview Details – its all on the spot u go u take an assessment test and u get to talk to a manager. every six month people get fired so they also hire every six months as well. They talk ask questions about ur old jobs and what u did which then that lets them decide were they will put u, normally if u have little experience they put u in kids and move u from there.
Interview Question – Ur basic typical interview, why do u want to work for us, why should we hire you, tell me about a negative experience that you turned into a positive Answer Question
Negotiation Details – As commission u cant negotiat everyone starts at an high of 10.90 regular associates start at 9.00.
