I was placed at this company as a temporary employee. After four months, I was called in for a formal interview with potential for hire. I interviewed with the President of the company first, and then the Vice President and Accounting Manager next. I was given skills tests in Access, Lotus Notes Domino, Taleo, and a myiad of other software and programmer test.

Negotiation Details
The President and Vice President conduct due diligence on salary ranges and will always offer slightly lower that the lowest part of the range for the position. They claim to make it up with the end of the year bonus, but the last two years profits have been weaker than expected, so bonuses have not been what was expected by the staff. Try to neogiate to mid range for your posistion, but don't be suprised if they do not move from their offer.
Other Details
I got the interview through a Staffing Agency and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, a Skills Test, a Drug Test and a Background Check.
