Interview Details – I was contacted about the position and an interview was scheduled. The interview was very easy and conducted by somebody who was not even the head supervisor. After having worked here I realized the person giving the interview was not very qualified to be doing it. They basically want to make sure you can handle the multi-tasking of working in a call center.
