Interviewed Jun 2010 in Mumbai (India) (took 2 days)
Interview Process was very smooth except for the wait times between consecutive round. The interviewers were very professional and gave me a lot of freedom to think. They were very friendly and helpful in times I was struck some where. Initial rounds emphasis a lot on algorithms and later rounds on technical aspects. Final interview covers every thing.
No need to know all possible algos out there. Just know the basics and practice a little and apply your mind , its easy to pass algo round.
In technical rounds, just concentrate on what topics you are strong in. Dont try to fake things you dont know. They will catch it easily

Interviewed Nov 2009 in Mumbai (India) (took 2 months)
Received my first invite from the company CEO through linkedin . After I agreed to explore the opportunity, I had an half an hour screening interview( telephonic) with one of the company directors. Then I had 2 case rounds where I was asked to make a market entry strategy for a telco in a new geography. After clearing both, I had 2 final rounds with the CEO which lasted for about 1 hour each.

Reason for Declining
I wasn't really looking for a change back then and had decided to interview only for experience... However, given the opportunity , i would like to explore the company once more. Seems to be filled with smart and passionate young ppl

Interviewed Feb 2010 in Bangalore (India) (took 2 weeks)
I must state first I did not complete the interview process. So I was not offered a job but was pushed to next round which I declined.
The phone screen was 2 hour long and included technical, analytical and coding questions. The interview was scheduled only on thursday evenings so if a particular date was not good, you had to wait 1 whole week to get to the next round. That part was frustrating.
The HR sent links to companies web site but did not give any phone introduction of the job position or what role were they looking to fit me into. I was also sent a link to the companies programming contest site and asked to pick any of the hard/hardest problem categories and code it. Unfortunately there were only 2 problems I could choose from and one of them was a NP complete problem. The coding and tests took me 3 nights to complete since I was still in my day job. Here itself I was a bit interested since I like a companys focus on programming basics. But knowing NP complete solutions is a bit much.
The phone screen involved questions on algo, data structures and programming. It began with a big discussion on past experience.
- Nth fibonacci number -- iterative
- Find least common ancestor in a tree with back links to parents
- Speed, distance analytical question
- Java reference basics
- Java string basics
- Argue why you need interfaces
- Multi threaded synchronization in java
The questions although on the basics were involved and went into details. It took a little more than 2 hrs to get through.

Reason for Declining
After the phone screen and the coding question, there was another phone screen. Then 2 days of onsite each of 5 hrs each. There were design rounds, pair programming rounds, testing rounds and more more technical rounds. I didnt feel the process needed to be so laborious and repetitive. Also solving NP complete problems onsite would have been hard for normal brains. The company gave me a impression they are looking for PHDs and I was put off.

I got the interview through a Staffing Agency and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview.
