Case Manager Interview

Case Manager

I applied online and the process took 1 week - interviewed at Disability Group, Inc. in December 2011.

Interview Details – I saw this job on a hiring board and applied. A couple of days later I was called in to interview. I got there and it seemed like they forgot someone were supposed to be interviewing that day. I waited in the lobby with the receptionist for 20 minutes before someone (who eventually became my direct supervisor) emerged hurriedly and introduced herself. She led me to a room with another supervisor and they asked basic interview questions. They seemed into me, and I felt good about it. I got a call the very next day that I was hired. Apparently this was unusual, as everyone else I talked to stated they had 2 in-person interviews and a phone interview before getting hired.

Interview Question – "What is your dream job?"   View Answer

Negotiation Details – No negotiation allowed. Set at $11/hr at the time.

I applied through other source and the process took 2 days - interviewed at Disability Group, Inc. in August 2010.

Interview Details – Ad on Craigslist advertising way more money than was ever actually paid, they promised me in interviews that you could be making so much money in as little as a month. This never panned out, as they purposely place unachievable goals.

Interview Question – Interview process was really easy and bland. They hire in droves because their turnover rate is through the roof. They literally just need bodies.   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – No negotiation. It is what it is, $11 and hour, no matter your experience or degree.

I applied through an employee referral and the process took 2 days - interviewed at Disability Group, Inc. in December 2009.

Interview Details – There are two methods currently by which they hire. Group interview and 1:1.

If you get a 1:1 you stand a better chance of getting hired. The group interview is just to burn through as many resume's as possible.

You'll get a call back in 48 hours otherwise you haven't been hired.

Interview Question – Why do you want to work for 11/hr   View Answer
