Interviewed Mar 2011 in Hamilton, ON (Canada) (took 2 weeks)
Went through 2 phone interviews and one 1:1 interview. The first phone interview questions were basic interview questions ie. why do you want to work here, why do you feel you would be the right fit for this position, why are you leaving your current job etc.
The second phone interview was with the same person and was about an hour long. Similar questions only more in depth. An overview of the company and what they stand for was given as well as further information detailing the position. At the end of the second phone call, I was informed that I would be receiving another call from the Branch manager in my area to have a 1:1 at that location.
During the 1:1 almost exactly the same questions were asked, just by a different person. I think at that point they just wanted to see what I looked like.
A background check is done, a credit check and a driver's abstract. The company covers the cost and does the background and credit check on their own. If you reach the point where they want a driver's abstract completed as well (basically a driving record check for the past 3 years as you will be driving company vehicles from time to time) it is a $10-12 fee out of your pocket and you get this from the ministry of driving website.
Once all of the checks are completed and passed you would be offered the position. I think if you reach the point of the checks, they are very interested. If you pass all of them, you get the job.
It seems like a lot for the interview process but it's really not that bad. They are very basic questions based on the experience you've already had in previous jobs. Questions based on situations you've been involved in and how you've solved or rectified something.
You'll talk again to the person you spoke to on the phone originally from Human resources and that's whey you will be offered the position. During this phone call they'll give you a much more detailed description of the job and what it entails as well as salary, monthly bonus and benefit expectations. Your training (which takes place at the Toronto office) will be explained and you will be informed as to when that will start. You are always able (throughout the entire process) to contact the person to whom you've been speaking to from HR with any questions or concerns. Once hired, you are still able to contact them or your Branch Manager During my actual interview at the Branch near me, while the Manager was photocopying some of my information some of the employees came to chat with me and told me about how great the location is. Everyone was very friendly and had said hopefully they'll see me again soon. I found the entire process to be pretty painless as far as interviews go. I felt confident after speaking to both the HR person and Branch manager as they were both very vocal throughout the entire process.
They detail throughout the interview process what they expect appearance wise from an employee. Meaning, no facial piercings (earrings are fine), no visible tattoos. They want black dress pants and comfortable black work shoes, a blue or white collared shirt (short, 3/4 or long sleeved. pick accordingly if you do have tattoos on your arms). You are able to wear a blazer, cardigan or vest overtop of these shirts.

Negotiation Details
I didn't need to as what they were offering was going more than double my current annual salary. If you're looking to negotiate a salary though, go in with reasons as to why you should make more than the offer. They need to know exactly what experience you have that makes you more than qualified for the position.
Other Details
I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview and a Background Check.
