Common routing: submitted my resume and referral online, and then HR then phone screen. The phone interview was about 45 mins from a senior manager. No hard technical questions. Some questions about the company like "What are the sources of revenue of Discover?" and "What are the sources of cost of Discover?"

I applied through college or university. The process took 5+ weeksinterviewed at Discover.

    Interview Details

On campus interview first that consisted of a case and behavioral questions. 45 minutes for both of these interviews. There was then a day of interviewing for the final round. 10 people made it to the final round. There was Q&A panel discussion consisting of a moderator and the candidates. There were 3 30 minute interviews with senior level directors and managers. There was a group case presentation also.

    Interview Questions
    • Nothing that was really difficult. The panel discussion was something different. I have never been on an interview where the candidates all answered questions together and built off or challenged each other.   Answer Question
    Negotiation Details
It was for a leadership program. There was no negotiation allowed.
