I started pointing out voltage, short-circuiting and other stuff. He then corrected me that you have misinterpreted the question as performance. "I don't want to know the threshold of its performance. I want to know the threshold of usage and functionality."
After a bit of time-taking, I pointed out the modes of operation and other few points that came to my mind.
