Interviewed May 2010 in Burbank, CA (took 4+ weeks)
It was a transfer from one position to a higher level position. Hiring & interview process was good. Short, sweet, & to the point.

Interviewed Jun 2011 in Burbank, CA (took a day)
Applied online, got an email from a recruiter a few weeks later saying that they want a phone interview. The phone interview was mostly behaviorial. Then it proceeded to a 1:1 interview with the manager in the business unit. Got a call back the same day saying I got the job.

Interviewed Sep 2011 in Burbank, CA (took 2 weeks)
If you pass the resume period, then they believe you are qualified. If they like your resume, they will give you call where you will have an informal phone interview. If you "pass" then they will schedule a 1:1 interview. So if I would give advise, make sure your resume is "perfect."

Interviewed Mar 2009 in Burbank, CA (took 2 months)
The interview process, although not difficult at all, took too long. They ask non-complicated questions. They just want to make sure you can do the job and will work hard.

When offered the job and told the salary, ask for $5K more. $5K is not much at all but it shows that you are a negotiator and not just a passive employee who says yes right away.

Interviewed Oct 2010 in Burbank, CA (took a day)
Applied online through Disney website; received email within a week. I had a first round phone interview lasting about 30 minutes. Disney HR for Parks & Resorts is in Florida, even though job was in Burbank/Glendale. Interviewer was very friendly, opened with the typical, "Tell me about yourself?" and "why do you want to work for Disney?" She explained the nature of the position, but would not discuss specifics or salary.

Interviewed Jul 2009 in Burbank, CA (took 4+ weeks)
Hiring process is a bit tedious and long. There background checks and credit checks to do, which take a lot of time. Also, there are reference checks to do. Before they hire you with a letter, they also need to ensure that the salary range is okay, e.g, it fits within the salary bands of the rest of the company.

Interviewed Dec 2009 in Burbank, CA (took 4+ weeks)
Pretty standard process. One interview at school followed by a "Super Saturday" type day at their offices. 4 people interviewed, I am the only one who received an offer to my knowledge. Some technical questions about portfolio theory etc. but nothing too complicated. Met with about 8 people including the Pension Fund Head and the Head of Corporate Treasury.

Interviewed Dec 2009 in Burbank, CA (took 1 week)
The initial phone interview was with HR, a standard first contact type interview, basic questions about my background and the position I was applying for. The second interview was with my hiring manager and the team I would be working with, they were much more in depth and asked more questions about my scholarly and work experiences.

Interviewed Jan 2009 in Burbank, CA (took 2 months)
A Disney recruiter called me as they had my resume on file and informed me of the opportunity and inquired to see if I had interest in applying for the position. My interviews entailed 2 half day sessions and met with a total of 8 people including an EVP. Everyone was very cordial, polite and professional.
