Interviewed Sep 2009 in Orlando, FL (took a day)
It took a long time to actually get th interview, I called numerous times and was put on hold. I had an interview on Friday in the morning with the head of the Disney corporation. They were generic questions about my resume and the interview lasted no longer than a half an hour.

Interviewed Sep 2007 (took 4+ weeks)
The recruiter came to my campus and did a presentation. After the presentation, they had interviews. It was me and one other person. The other person was not dressed well (low cut shirt). I gave specific examples when asked and so I got the job. My school was on the quarter system and the work schedule conflicted so I did not take the job.

Interviewed Oct 2007 in Orlando, FL (took 6 weeks)
Lengthy 10-week wait after application before being contacted with any feedback. Very professional HR interaction after contacted for interview. Flown in late the prior day for one-day, on-site interview with four individuals: HR rep, potential peer, internal customer, and hiring manager's peer. I was completely flexible in the scheduling of this interview, but was disappointed to find that the hiring manager was not present and had instead asked a peer to conduct the interview.
Interview questions were either cookie-cutter in the case of the hiring manager's peer or completely unprepared in the case of the potential peer. All of the interviewers seemed disinterested and unengaged. Despite HR flying me in for an on-site interview, I received the impression I was never seriously considered for the position by the hiring manager or interview team.
I was told that was "over-qualified" by the potential customer in my interview. When I asked why that would be a problem, interviewer seemed dumb-founded and provided no reason. I was never given a reason for failure to be selected for an offer, only receiving a boiler-plate rejection letter about a week after the interview. I was left to assume that I was either being discriminated against because of my age (I am well over 40 and the entire staff was younger) or the hiring manager was simply going though the motions to placate HR in order to hire an internal candidate.

Interviewed Mar 2008 in Burbank, CA (took 3 days)
Detailed and extensive. Serial interviews with both peers and supervisors. The corporate culture is consensus based--the ability to network across, between, and internal to business lines is critical. The company likes a diversity of experience. Integrity and personal standards are also paramount. The process is extremely competitive --the company can basically hire who they want. Be prepared to find ways in which your experience goes above and beyond what they are looking for.
