Applied to this position online. Heard back probably 2 weeks later. First came a phone interview with HR which was very easy since I love Disney and knew not to screw this up. HR was incredibly friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Next was to set up an in-person interview with the VP and Hiring Manager (Sr. Digital Editor). VP was extremely nice and didn't ask me much except explain the company. SDE was pretty nice too. More to the point and asking me important questions which I answered very well. As I recall, I was the first interviewed so she said it would take a while. I followed up constantly in which I was told they were still looking, etc. After maybe two months HR called me and told me that they were still very interested they were just trying to "make some adjustments" to the dept and would be in touch. Never hear anything back again. A few months later, I learn that Disney Consumer Products was moving out to California and eliminating the White Plains office (where I wouldn't worked). I guess that explains that.
