Interviewed Feb 2012 in Orlando, FL (took 5 days)
Phone interview last around 15 minutes. We went over my experience and education. My ability to work with computers and computer programs. Of course reviewing if I was in college since it is a requirement. I felt the lady was professional and stuck to asking me questions relevant to the position. It was very positive.

Interviewed Oct 2011 in Orlando, FL (took 4+ weeks)
Was called by a recuiter for this position and passed a phone screen, than with a Disney team member on thephone who grilled me pretty good for over an hour.
Next was an onsite interview where they asked standard questions. I did very well and was pretty excited until the end of the interview.....The manager stated that they only hire other managers with a BA degree. I could have screamed since I was a four hour trip to get to Orlando for me. I should have never made it that far in the process if that was a requirement.

Interviewed Jan 2009 in Orlando, FL (took a day)
Sales interviews were all in house. Some group interview portions and training was extensive to prepare for employee to consumer contact. Interviewed with recruiter and sale management, some questions regarding company knowledge of products was helpful and expected of prospective agents.

Interviewed Nov 2010 in Orlando, FL (took a day)
First they emailed me a list of possible positions I'd be interested in. I just picked Concierge and Front Desk. If you end up doing the same thing, ONLY select the positions you want to do. Many of my friends hated their college experience because of the their jobs. The free admission to the parks can only go so far...
Just pick the jobs you really want to do and prepare to convince the interviewer why you should be placed there.

Interviewed Apr 2010 in Orlando, FL (took 2 days)
The hiring process at Disney was very easy, however it took a long time. I filled out an application online and then I was sent an email with a link to an online interview. Basically they are looking for someone who wants to be part of a team and work hard. After the online interview was completed, I was sent another email to set up my in person interview. When I got to the Casting Center I checked in and sat in the waiting room for about 3 hours. I was called back and was placed in a job. Then I spent another hour and a half doing paperwork and getting fingerprinted.

Interviewed Jul 2010 in Lake Buena Vista, FL (took 1 week)
I applied for a financial analyst position that I found via Disney's website. I had two different phone interviews with Disney. The first one was a HR screening call. The second was with someone that worked in the department in which I was applying for. My overall perception of the people was that they seemed cocky. They made comments in which made them appear arrogant. I followed up with a thank you email and they never even bothered to respond.

Interviewed Oct 2009 in Lake Buena Vista, FL (took 2 months)
the interview process went fairly well. The people involved in the hiring process are extremely nice and always seem to be in a good mood. I sent in my resume on Disney's career website, received an email asking if I wanted an interview with Disney, I followed through and this led to two different phone interviews as well as sending in official/unofficial transcripts. The interview process was mainly behavioral based and focused on situational questions. It took a little over a month to hear back that I was offered the position mostly because I applied so early before the application deadline.

Interviewed Jun 2007 in Orlando, FL (took a day)
The interview lasted all day. I filled out the application and made an appointment to go in for an interview. You go in and watch a movie about the history of the parks. Afterwards you go in for a one on one interview. They ask what you would do in certain situations. If you answer the questions correctly they look for a job that you would like. If you both agree on something you are hired.

Reason for Declining
