Interviewed Sep 2011 in Orlando, FL (took 2 weeks)
I applied in March and didn't hear back. Re-applyed in September and did the online interview then got a 1 on 1 interview setup. After filling out my online application I got the e-mail for the online interview 2 days later but was told my application was experiencing technical difficulties. After two weeks of waiting I was able to schedule the 1 on 1 interview. I dressed very nicely for the interview and arrived early to a medium crowd at the casting center. Waited about twenty minutes then I was called back after watching a short video over and over in the waiting room. My interviewer was very nice and asked basic questions. Why do I want to work for the company? Name a time you went above and beyond for a customer at a former job? Do I know what it takes to be an attractions attendant? After maybe twenty minutes of interview questions I was basically accepted pending a background check. I was led downstairs and got finger printed and was told they would get the results to me within 5-7 days. It was six days later that I was contacted and was told I passed the background test but that there were no jobs available at this time. My recruiter informed me that I would be put on the wait list for my top two choices(attractions, custodian). I have called my recruiter twice to inquire about possible openings but was told there were none. As of DEC 27 2011 I have not been offered an actual position. Very disappointed as I know Im way more prepared than alot of applicants.

Interviewed Sep 2011 in Lake Buena Vista, FL (took 2 weeks)
I filled out an application earlier in the year, and received an email a couple months later saying that I had been selected for an initial online interview. It was basically a personality test with your simple strongly agree/strongly disagree questions. It then led me to the next step to make an appointment for an in-person interview at the casting center in orlando.
The interview was pretty simple and I was asked questions like why I wanted to work in the parks, if I had any visible tattoos, what my availability was like, what I believe the most important thing is when working in attractions (safety), and other things like that.

Reason for Declining
I had to decline because I hadn't yet found a place to live in Orlando.

Hiring process and interview questions were extremely simple. Walk-in to fill application and turned it in same day. Interviewed on the spot, 1 interviewer and 4 candidates in one room. Same 2 interview questions were asked of each candidate. After a short wait in lobby, was hired same day. Was due to start training in 6 weeks for summer.

Interviewed Jan 2009 in Orlando, FL (took 3 weeks)
The interview process was pretty easy. The interviewers were very friendly and simply wanted to get to know about you. Mainly basic things. Such as do you think you are a optimistic and happy person or what do you like most about Disney and the parks. There weren't too many tough questions like, "what are your greatest weaknesses and strength" or "where do you see yourself in 5 years". The interview and job were both great.
