Interview Details – A campus recruiter came to my college and did a presentation. Those of us that were interested were interviewed on the spot, i'm told they don't do that anymore. After that I applied online, waited a little while and then was sent a packet in the mail. This informed me of the Disney Look, travel planning, housing, how to contact them and job info.

Interview Question – Its been 5 years so I cannot recall any...   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – There was none, the wages are set

Interview Details – Starts with a personality assessment test. Once you pass that, you go through an interview. After the interview, there will be a background check and then an orientation you will need to attend. You're hired once you accept the orientation.

Interview Question – Tell me about a time when you gave excellent customer service.   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – Can't negotiate wage. Its close to minimum.
