Interview Details

This was originally for a contract position. It later turned into a full-time position.

My process was quick and simple. While others did not have this same experience, I believe that they were in a hurry to fill the role. I had one phone interview with an agency then one in-person interview. The next day, I had an offer.

The questions were straight-forward and simple. Most were skills related, but some were process-oriented or strategic.

Negotiation Details
As a contractor, my negotiation leverage was minimal. They wanted me, but had other candidates. With contractors, they could always let an individual go.
