u fill application they call u for interview, they put u in the waiting list,u have to apdate your apllication every 30 days , and then they send u email to let u know the hiring details .u pass a tradition u make your disney

Disney is pretty straightforward, either you have the skill set or you don't. Many attempt to "shmooze"the interview but if you don't have the actual experience, they can easily tell. Disney servers make good money and stay busy so it's a matter of they need to make sure you can handle the load.
