Interview Question for Software Engineering Manager at Scientific Technologies Corporation:

I was interviewing for a Software Development Director position - however this seemed to be a major issue with them that I was not a finance major and didn't know this terminology. My comment to them? I certainly understand the concept now that you've explained it to me - however we have always had accountants at every other company that do that. I've never been in a technology position where I've had to do my own books.
