Interviewed Jun 2009 in Pittsburgh, PA (took 2 weeks)
The interview process was a joke. There are like 2 or 3 people responsible for the whole hiring process for every single hire. The salary is even worse. They promised negotiation on salary but it was more like this is all we can offer you. I was desperate for a job at the time to so I took it. There is nothing special about the interview process here. Anyone who can spell and smile can land a job at this bank.

Interviewed Nov 2010 in Cleveland, OH (took a day)
I applied online. They called me about a week later out of the blue. I thought the phone interview went great until they caught me off guard and asked me my salary expectations. I thought this was weird for the first interview.

Reason for Declining
I told them what my salary requirements were and there was a difference of $14,000 of what they wanted to pay me.

First you interview with someone from HR, then if they like you, they send you to the branch you applied to interview with the branch manager. It seems redundant for the level of the position. The interview it self was average--no questions meant to put you on the spot and I didn't feel lilke I was being grilled like at other interviews.

Interviewed Feb 2010 in Pittsburgh, PA (took a day)
This interview caught me off guard. I found it to be intensely professional, considering that I was applying to be a bank teller. It lasted more than an hour while I was asked several behavioral interview questions, all read directly from a standard document. They were definitely most interested in the level of research I had conducted on the company. I felt that I made a great connection with the branch manager present, but not as much with the human resources representative actually conducting the interview.

Interviewed Apr 2008 in Cleveland, OH (took 2 days)
First, there was an interview with an HR manager. This interview was basic in nature and probed previous work experience. Was not hard and questions were quite standard. Second, 2:1 interview with regional manager and an assistant of the division. Questions were still pretty basic in nature. Not so much situational as rather generic.

Had two interviews, one downtown at corporate, one at the branch I was working. Basic interview questions, nothing too tricky.
