I applied in-store via the application form. Waited for a call back. Ran into the manager a few times while shopping in the store, eventually asked her if she looked over my application, she said she hadn't gotten to it but would soon. Finally a week or two later she called while I was on a trip out of state to move some furniture. We set a date for the test, I came in and took the personality test. Then we had to wait for the results, once they came through she called me in for my interview, and asked me if I had ever handled some of those tasks before, and told me what to expect, told me she would train me and that I would be making 7.25 an hour working part time. She finished the interview with setting me up as a new employee and I was hired.

I will be asking you to take care of certain things in the store, and then I may come back and tell you more to work on, there will be a lot of multitasking and it's a fast paced environment can you handle that?

i walked in and spoke with the store manager,then i filled out a standar app.i had to take a useless computer behavior test,then wait two weeks for it to come through. very easy. any person with a clean record and a ninth grade education could get the job.

I applied in store. I got a call the same night asking for me to come in and take an assessment. I came in the next day to take the assessment, which was easy. Then the hiring manager asked me a few questions about school and told me I needed to go home and fill out the Express Hiring information. It wasn't reallly an interview at all. I was told I had to take the assessment to even have my application be considered, so I was very suprised when the hiring manager started talking about my starting pay and first day of work.
