Interviewed Mar 2010 (took 2 days)
I had a relative who worked for the company so I was basically in. After working here for 3 years, I've learned everything about how other people get jobs here lol.
You want to turn in a paper application, It would be best to give it the the store manager but they are busy a lot so you can give it to an assistant manager. They don't really do any hiring so they don't really care about applications. But If you have some sort of pizza/delivery experience it could impress them and make them want to tell the manager about you. After turning in an application its crucial that you do a call up and see if they are hiring any insiders or drivers and that you would like an interview. Don't call in the evening when everyone is trying to order pizza and everyone is busy. I would call a little after opening and see if you can get the managers schedule so you can call them then or come in.
My manager asks pretty basic questions: where do you see yourself in 5 years, why do you want to work here and so on. If you dont get offered a hiring packet after the interview your probably not gonna get the job.
I've had a manager who didn't even interview anybody. All you had to do was e-mail them/ turn in an application. If you passed a background test you are in.
If your trying to be a driving make sure you've had a license for 2 years, insurance as well as a good running car

Interviewed May 2011 (took a day)
Got called for an interview time with the manager within a couple days since I was referred by an employee. Interviewed 1-on-1 with general manager and she asked generic questions about my previous experience and my availability. She also made sure to mention that CSRs generally don't make over 15 hours a week.

Interviewed Nov 2008 (took a day)
My manager picks people at random for interviews so its all chance. If you get interviewed that means you have the job if its for an inside position. If your appling for a driver position and you get an interview you have to seem like a decent fellow.
