Interviews are very basic they focus on your ability to drive or turn up on time. You will be asked about yourself and what your currently doing. The interviewer will try to drill down to how flexible you are and if your willing to work in a busy, hot kitchen environment

    Interview Details

My friend worked their and was hired quickly, but was offwerwed another job so told me to go to them as they were busy and needed people. So I went in the day after and handed in my CV and he told me to bring ID , my NI number and my bank card the next day as I didn't have it with me. So on the day, I went in an office and he took my details and added me to the system and handed me my too after finding my size. There wasn't really am interview as I was basically an employee with immediate effect, he even asked if I could start that day, but I didn't have black shoes/trousers.

Very laid back, never employ store managers externally, always internally. When they do externally the usual life span of the manager is very short. Knowledge of fast paced environment is a must

    I applied in-person – interviewed at Domino's Pizza UK.

    Interview Details

    Handed my CV in store.

Got a phone call for an interview.

Went to the interview in smart jeans and shirt, casual interview.

Wasn't told what the position would be, so I asked and was only told that I'd go for training nearby, not actually told what position.

They said they would give me a call if I'd been successful.

(got a call saying i was successful and would be phoned back by a manager to say when and where my training would be, and that phone call never happened)

The process took a dayinterviewed at Domino's Pizza UK in August 2009.

    Interview Details

I was asked over the phone how well I knew the area and how many hours a week I would like to work. There was no face to face component. I was then asked when I could start. The interview was very informal and it seemed like I had the job just by applying for it.
