I received an on campus interview which consisted of one half-hour interview. From there I received a summer intership which led to the opportunity to interview for a full-time accounting position. This consisted 3 hour long interviews and a lunch interview.

HR contacts you, and tries to schedule an intial phone screen. in my case it took two weeks since i was going to be interviewing with several different people from several different time zones. the first phone screen was 30 minutes, the second was 1:30. advice? i hope youre lucky.

It was a campus interview. Initially a questionnaire consisting 8 question was sent to me. After this we were given a presentation about the company followed by an interview the next day. However, no offer was made since there was hiring frezee.

I was contacted by an HR personal to fix up an Interview date on applying through Corporate site. I received call for the interview on the Time scheduled by HR. Instead of having behavioral interview I was interviewed by three Team Leads of three different projects. The interview was Fully technical but not very Tough. Question asked were mainly about the Instrumentation experience required by the position such as PCR experience. When & how long you had been using PCR? What are the different types of PCR and name them?

Employer received resume. Called to discuss experience with particular area / subject the internship would be based. Called back a week or two later to offer the position. Would be beneficial for applicant to be specific in resume or cover letter any areas of expertise, instrument usage, or research experience, ie spectroscopy. The people and environment at Dow are awesome. I will be applying for full time.

I thought the interview was a simple process. I applied on line. Had a brief phone interview and then met in person. This company wasnt interested in hiring me due a past experience. So unless you have a 4.0 gpa with tons of work experience, I wouldnt waste my time.
