phone interview with HR, followed by on site at Midland. Presentation for 45 mins followed by 5 1:1 interviews. Interviewers said they were really happy with my answers but I never heard back. Interview was completely behavioral and wasnt really too hard. Interviewed with peers and senior scientists, along with the super boss.

Asked typical questions that most are prepared for. Two people were in the room, but only one ever even spoke. The other woman just listened and wrote down notes in her notebook.

The first interview was 1:1 in a conference and was completely behavioral, about 1 hour long, and requires a lot of details and more than one example per scenario. The second on site interview was with a panel during a hiring event, also behavioral but shorter and less stressing.

I was interviewed both technical and other questions regarding the personal behaviors. A stress engineer, a leading engineer, the head of engineering division and HR representative attended to the interview. It was kind and friendly. They told that next 2 days I will be responded.

It was really nice experience to have.
I was with Dow for three days at both locations (Midland and Freeport).
Interviewers are really nice and very brilliant. The process is bit hectic because you just lose count of interviews. It depends on the number of units interested in your profile.
I am glad that I got offers from both locations. They take a good care of interviewee. I am looking forward to join the Dow workforce.
Work culture and growth opportunity:
Dow seems to be the best place to work for.
It has much broad interest compared to other companies.

Met with company representatives at campus career fair. This led to a 1:1 interview on campus, and focused just on my background and an introduction to the company. I was then offered an interview up at their world headquarters in Midland, MI about a week afterwards. That interviewed consisted of 4 back to back 1:1 interviews. These again were focused on my resume and background, however this time there were some predetermined situational questions ("Was there ever a time when....). Within 48 hours I received a call from one one my interviewers with an offer.

They asked about teamwork and leadership. I guess thats the most important attribute of the job. They also aksed about available times. But nothing substantial. Pretty easy interview. They also said they were satisfied with my performance.
