Interviewed Jan 2011 in Columbus, OH (took 2 months)
i was asked several behavioral questions by many people. A lot of Questions I probably wouldn't be able to come up with answers if I was sitting @ my dinner table. Advice: Before interviewing think of a lot of situations you have resolved with your past employers

Interviewed Aug 2009 (took 4+ weeks)
I was interviewed by the QA lead, supervisor, and manager in a face to face. They asked questions that no one would have any possibility of knowing unless you worked in the food industry before and some of the questions were specific to Dr Pepper operations. Half way through the interview I gave up and just let them do the talking. I was honest and stated I had no idea what they were talking about and asked them to explain to me (basically asked them to give me the answers). I left the interview and banged my head on my steering wheel. I had no expectations of ever hearing from them, but they did call and extend an offer. They are HUGE on statistics, Lean processing and Six Sigma. So, if you can come across some knowledge in those areas they'll LOVE you!
