Interviewed Dec 2009 in Hyderabad (India) (took a day)
The hiring was a Campus recruitment drive. The interview consisted of a Technical skills test followed by a 1:1 interview with the Technical person and then the HR executive. The Technical interview was given due diligence by the Interviewer with questions asked in the relevant subjects. Rather than a straight forward question answer session, this was more of a discussion which led me to believe that the organization encouraged such open discussions and was focussed on innovation.
The HR round was monotonous and the interviewer kept repeating the same questions "How long will you stay with the organization? Do you plan to go for further studies? Would you be willing to sign a bond?" This was repeated nearly 4 times before it ended.

Interviewed Oct 2009 in Hyderabad (India) (took a day)
At first, there was a Technical and an Aptitude Test. Each of the sections had their own cutoffs and one had to clear them to be selected for the next round. Shortlisted candidates were then called for a Role playing group discussion. This was the stage where i was eliminated.

Interviewed Mar 2009 in Hyderabad (India) (took a day)
Well, i thought my interview went well. But i wasnt made an offer. In hindsight, i think i gave a very wrong answer to a typical question, which was, " Why do you want to leave your job in a company like Reliance, and come work for us", and i answered, " Two reason, 1. The location. 2. The package". The blunder here, although the words spoken were true, was that they were not looking for this answer. They wanted to hear something along the lines of " How great the work culture at Dr Reddy's is, the intelligent peer group et al". In short, honesty is not always the best policy, especially in a job interview
