Interview Details – Interview process consisted of two phone interviews and then a half-day of in-person interviews with various groups of people. The two phone interviews were with HR and the hiring manager separately. The in-person interviews were with groups of 2-5 people (of various roles in the R&D department) and lasted about 30-60 minutes each. Everyone was extremely nice and professional

Interview Details – The interview process started with a phone interview and after I had cleared that I was invited to five consecutive 1:1 interviews on the same day. There were no unexpected questions and the atmosphere could be described by friendly. I was interviewed by various members of a product development team in addition to my to be manager. I was given feedback within 3 days of the interview and it turned out to be positive.
Interview Question – There were no particularly difficult questions. The feedback I received later on was that not all interviewers were convinced that I had enough experience which looking at it in all reality was a valid concern. This is not to say that I was not the right one for the job - just no preexisting experience in that particular field. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – I was able to adjust the salary to my advantage w/o difficulty.
I applied through a recruiter and the process took 3 months - interviewed at Draeger Medical in January 2011.

Then someone from Draeger for a 1.1 phone IV.
Then a panel of folks from Draeger also for a phone IV.
The original recruiter has been updating me via email for next steps. Process has been 3 months now.

* Met with HR and sponsored breakfast from the on-site cafe with a variety of options.
* Provided with a conference room, laptop and phone in order for any additional preparation for presentation.
* Presented & questioned by reps from various divisions within the organization.
* Taken to lunch at on-site cafe with hiring manager and division manager.
* Given tour of specific departments within the facility.
* 1:1 interview with hiring manager where I was asked about my interest, told about the area and also asked to get an expected salary figure.
* Informed of what to expect within upcoming weeks.
* Town car ride back to the airport.

I applied through a staffing agency and the process took a day - interviewed at Draeger Medical in January 2008.
Interview Details – Staffing agency had an ad in the paper. I responded to the ad. Agency submitted my resume to HR. Agency called me to set up phone interview with Lead Engineer. Had one hour phone interview with Lead Engineer
I followed up with thank you letter and sent more information of my backgroud.
Two weeks later, I received a phone call for 1:1 and group interview
Two weeks later, I has 1:1 interview with VP, at that time they offered the job.
