You apply in person, it is a lengthy application form. They call you to come in for a psychological test if you meet there minimum requirements; no criminal record and a pulse. After you complete that successfully you interview one on one with the branch manager. Offered job on the spot pending background check.

A 30 minute 1:1 interview with branch mgr. A 1:1 private investigator interview. I felt both went well, my credit is messed up, but i was honest about everything in the interview process....Still waiting to hear either way...anyone know anything about the hiring process?...It was difficult to read the investigator, very short yes/no/short answer questions...he hardly made eye contact with me...looking at my packet the whole time, while asking questions. Branch manager was upbeat, friendly and easy to talk to.
