I was called in for an initial interview early on in the typical work week to be told that the person who conducts the interview is not available at this time. An alternate date was established and an iterview was conducted with a less than professional woman who commented on my clothes and appearance rather than my ability. She told me that if I cleaned up I would be considered for the job.

Had an interview with the district manager, and the owners, then just waited for him to call me back and offer me the job

Negotiation Details
A little tough. They we really looking for a glorified shift manager, who they could pay an hourly wage. I had to drive 40 miles each way and pay tolls, so with those issues they offered me a little more per hour. Also I had to work 5 1/2 days a week, but the market was tough then so I had to take what I could get.

Straightforward process, very polite people, but it was hard to get message across to a lot of them. Seemed like a great place with good hours. was looking for job for quite a while. There benefits were just ok, not great. Overall, people seemed to be happy with the job.

The employer will ask you why you want to work for this company. She also asks some irrelevent questions to test whether you have the ability to provide excellent customer service. She also describe how to make a cup of coffee and require you to repeat that. I did a horrible job in this part, but still got the job.
