I applied through an employee referral and the process took 1+ week - interviewed at Dunkin' Donuts.

Interview Details – Submitted an application in person, then was called ~a week later for an interview. I came in dressed nicely, but it was so informal. The manager asked me questions of a prepared sheet about teamwork, my experience working with others, etc. No difficult questions. Then, two days later, I got called for an interview with the regional manager. This interview was a little more in depth, but still not difficult. I heard back later that week that I got the job, and went in a few days later to fill out all my paperwork and begin training.

Interview Question – Tell me why I should I hire you - not especially difficult if you've prepared/can sell yourself, but it was unexpectedly direct.   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – No negotiations - minimum wage + tips.

I applied online and the process took 3 days - interviewed at Dunkin' Donuts in October 2013.

Interview Details – Shortly after applying on Snagajob.com I was called and offered a job interview with the hiring manager. When I got to the location I saw a sign stating "open-interviews" so I realized that you didn't need to apply to receive and offer. The interview was short and sweet with less than 10 questions total.

Interview Question – The most difficult question I was asked was what was the hardest circumstance that you ever had to overcome with a team or group.   View Answer

Negotiation Details – The manager asked me to come in and fill out some information online such as social security number, birth certificate, driver's license, direct deposit numbers, etc.
