Its an interview they are taking with a lots of questions. I am not failed but i am lacking somewhere..... I went there and thay told me to wait. The first round was the test.... In second round they are taking face to face and then the third round of with personal skills. Then telephony and after that the final round of negotiation with VP.....

applies online, got a pre-screening interview call, then had a site interview. had panel interviews, 1:1 interviews, more specific situation and results oriented not very technical. had a presentation about benefits, lunch with one of the interviewers and they were kinda interviewing you at the same time you were having lunch.

the interview process was straight forward, it consisted of a pre-interview phone conversation and a 1:1 interview at HQ with 3 diffrent people. The questions were STAR based. Overall the process was simple and amicable.

I was on a study abroad and applied online while abroad. I was interviewed by HR and later interviewed by the team I would work with. The HR interview was quite simple and included past knowledge and general skills. The panel interview was great. I enjoy interviewing, and this was my first phone interview with a panel. After about fifteen minutes they had determined that skill wise I was a fit, then went on to see if my personality was a fit as well. The interview ended with us laughing quite often and they said they still had to interview several other candidates, but that I was almost a sure thing.

The interview process was extremely pleasant, and consisted of a first phone interview. Less than a week later, I received an invitation to an interview with a hiring and HR manager.

I applied online and received a first round interview. The first 10 minutes were just basic background stuff on my resume, then they moved into behavioral questions. The questions were pretty tough but I managed to answer them all.
They said they would get back to me in 2-3 weeks, about that long after I got an e-mail saying that "I had left a favorable impression" and that they would get back to me later, but never did. I then found out from a contact in the company that there was a hiring freeze at the time.
